Planning of the residence is done with respect to the circulation of spaces and the interests and requirements of the client. There is a single car porch, large living room for gatherings, kitchen, dining, common restroom spaces. Two bedrooms and a guest bedroom with attached toilets are placed. The guest bedroom can be accessed directly from the outside. The kitchen has a semi-open utility space. The two bedrooms have a walk-in closet. The living room also has a semi-open private garden space. Keeping in mind for future development there is a rear entrance to the staircase leading to the staircase which in turn leads to a bedroom with an attached toilet in the first level and the terrace.
