The concept of planning for the users, kids, and their comfort with respect to their classrooms. The continuing education reciprocates in the form the building takes as well.
The site allowed for the design of the school is 3 acres of land adjacent to the backwaters. The backwaters add an element of the natural environment for the design. The point of attraction for the students can also be the natural element.
There are two adjacent roads to the site, which makes the site a corner plot and adds ease to transportation.
Three classes with classrooms each comprise of the kinder-garden block. Each three cluster class has a common play area to increase community spirit and to encourage outdoor activity. The classrooms are clustered around the central courtyard for the children to feel at ease in the corridor with natural ventilation.
The primary school campus accommodates five classes with three classroom clusters. The library is designed at the ground level for the access of staff members from the kinder-garden block. The classrooms are located facing the creek running in the back of the site which lets students have a direct interaction with nature.
